COVID-19 Cancellation:

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic we have decided to cancel the 2020 Portland Craft Brew Race.  After careful consideration, consulting with city officials, and the recommendations from the state, and the CDC, it has become apparent that we could not hold an event this size this summer.  These are unprecedented times and we truly believe we all must do our part to act responsibly. Our top priority is always the health and safety of our participants, volunteers and staff.

We’re thankful for each and every one of our participants, and look forward to hosting you at a future event. Stay safe everyone!

What to Bring

ALL ticket holders need to bring an ID in order to receive their 21+ bracelet when they pick up their race bib prior to the race. The bracelet must be worn during the race and presented for entry into the Festival. Festival Only and Designated Driver participants must present their ID and their Eventbrite ticket at the gate of the Brew Festival at 12:30 PM, following the race for access to the festival.

Food vendors will be onsite selling, so cash is also recommended.

Enjoy Responsibly

The Craft Brew Races urge all attendees to enjoy their time responsibly. We recommend participants designate a sober driver or arrange transportation. We are happy to offer designated driver tickets whereupon they can enjoy the festivals’ great atmosphere, food and live music and offer you a safe ride home.

Extreme Weather Policy

Our events are held rain or shine. However, there is always the potential for extreme or severe weather conditions. Race organizers will do as much as we can to ensure the experience is as safe as possible. In the event of severe weather, the race may be delayed as race officials consult public safety officers. If there is more than a short delay, if conditions persist, or the forecast calls for extreme weather, race officials reserve the right to alter or cancel the race. We do not schedule “rain dates”. Any decision to cancel an event is done as an absolute last resort and is made collectively with local risk management, police, fire & rescue, and medical personnel as appropriate. In such situations, there will be NO REFUNDS as registrants accept any such risk of their entry free when signing up.

Please check the website, our Facebook page, and your email before the race for any changes or cancellations.
